This Privacy Policy explains how HumansAI Studio ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with Loomance ("the Software") and loomance.app ("the Site").
From the Software itself: Loomance runs entirely on your own computer. Your source images, prompts, renders, and generated content are never uploaded to us or any third party — all processing happens locally on your GPU. We do not have access to, and cannot view, any content you create with the Software.
The app needs an internet connection to start (to check your Founding Supporter status and to load ads). To verify your Founding Supporter status, the app sends your Founding Supporter key to our server. This does not include your images, prompts, or output videos.
From the Site and checkout: When you subscribe to Founding Supporter, checkout is processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We receive confirmation of your purchase, your email address (to deliver your Founding Supporter key and for support), and transaction metadata (amount, date). We do not receive or store your full card details — these are handled directly by Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS.
If the Site uses analytics or cookies, we collect standard usage data (pages visited, browser type, approximate location) to understand Site traffic. See the Cookie section below.
Advertising in the free version:
The free version of Loomance may show short video ads. These ads are provided by Liftoff (LMI Inc., also known as Vungle), whose software is built into the app. When an ad is shown, Liftoff may collect and use technical information from your device — for example device make/model, operating system and language, screen orientation, volume settings, device or advertising identifiers, IP-based approximate location, and ad interaction data (views, clicks) — to deliver ads, measure their performance, prevent fraud, and, if you allow it, show ads that are more relevant to you. Liftoff's use of this data is described in its privacy notice: liftoff.io/privacy-policy.
Ads never have access to your images, prompts, or renders — those stay on your computer.
Founding Supporter subscription: if you subscribe, Stripe processes the payment and we receive your email address and a customer ID (your Founding Supporter key). The app checks this key with our server to confirm the subscription is active; no other data is sent.

We retain subscription and license-verification records for as long as necessary to provide support, honor license terms, and meet legal/tax obligations. You may request deletion of your account/support data by contacting us, subject to any records we're legally required to retain.

The Site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand traffic (e.g., page views, approximate visitor volume). This tool is cookieless — it does not set any cookies, does not use persistent identifiers, and does not track individual visitors across sessions or websites. No personal data is collected through it.
The Site itself does not use any other cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party analytics (ads are shown only inside the free version of the app, as described above). If this changes in the future, we will update this Policy and provide a cookie consent banner where required by law.
Loomance and the Site are not directed at children. Loomance is a creative tool intended for adults (for example, a parent may animate a child's drawing — the drawing stays on the parent's computer). We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16 years of age, and the app is not intended to be used by children on their own. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at info@loomance.app and we will delete it.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data we hold. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If you are located outside of Lithuania, your data (e.g., email, purchase record) may be processed in other countries, including where our payment processor operates, under appropriate safeguards.
