Loomance is free to use, so you can fully evaluate it on your own hardware before paying for anything. We strongly encourage you to use the free version first.
Founding Supporter is a recurring subscription. You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future charges, and your benefits continue until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not refund the current period.
Because the free version lets you test the app before paying, payments are generally non-refundable once your Founding Supporter access has been activated, except where required by applicable law (see below).
